I want to make a change or a refund

If you wish to make a change or request a refund, please contact us at least 32 hours before the activity.

To process your request, we will ask for some purchase details and the reason for cancellation so we can also evaluate your customer experience.

Remember: submit your request within 30 days from the date of your booking. Write to Bookings@macaooffroad.com or call +1 829 490 0550 with your name and order number (it begins with “#”). We will reply within 24 to 48 business hours.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Once the return/cancellation is received and reviewed, we will proceed with the refund and send you a confirmation email. The funds will appear within a maximum of 10 days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Returns or Cancellations

Customers may also request a refund/cancellation in the following cases:

• Fraudulent or unauthorized purchase.
• Price discrepancy between the amount charged and the price displayed on our website.
• Duplicate charge on the customer’s statement.

These cases must be reported within 5 business days from the charge notification.

Use of the Portal

Access and/or use of this website confers the status of USER, who accepts the Terms of Use described here. These Terms apply independently of any purchase terms that may also be mandatory.

The website https://www.macaooffroad.com provides access to information, services, software and data (the “Content”) belonging to Macao OffRoad Experience or its licensors. The USER assumes responsibility for use of the portal, including any registration required to access certain services or content.

In such registration the USER must provide truthful and lawful information. As a result of registration, the USER may be given a password for which they are responsible, committing to its diligent and confidential use.

The USER agrees to make appropriate use of the content and services that Macao OffRoad Experience offers through the portal and, by way of example but not limitation, not to use them to:

• Engage in illegal activities, or activities contrary to good faith and public order.
• Disseminate content or propaganda that is discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic‑illegal, in support of terrorism, or against human rights.
• Cause damage to the physical or logical systems of Macao OffRoad Experience, its suppliers or third parties; introduce or spread computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems capable of causing the aforementioned damage.
• Attempt to access and, where appropriate, use the email accounts of other users and modify or tamper with their messages.

Macao OffRoad Experience reserves the right to remove any comments and contributions that violate the dignity of the person; that are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic; that threaten youth or childhood, public order or public safety; or that, in its opinion, are not suitable for publication. In any case, Macao OffRoad Experience will not be responsible for the opinions expressed by users through forums, chats or other participation tools.

Intellectual and Industrial Property

All rights reserved. Reproduction, distribution and public communication, including making available, of all or part of the contents of this website for commercial purposes, in any medium and by any technical means, without the authorization of Macao OffRoad Experience, are expressly prohibited. The USER undertakes to respect the Intellectual and Industrial Property rights owned by Macao OffRoad Experience. The USER may view the elements of the portal solely for personal and private use and must refrain from removing, altering, evading or tampering with any protection device or security system installed on the pages of Macao OffRoad Experience.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

Macao OffRoad Experience is not liable, in any case, for damages of any nature that may be caused by errors or omissions in the contents, lack of availability of the portal, or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the contents, despite having adopted all necessary technological measures to prevent it.

Modifications

Macao OffRoad Experience reserves the right to make changes to the portal without prior notice, being able to change, delete or add both the contents and services provided through it and the way in which they are presented or located.

Macao OffRoad Experience will pursue non‑compliance with these conditions as well as any improper use of the portal by exercising all civil and criminal actions that may correspond in law.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The relationship between Macao OffRoad Experience and the USER will be governed by the laws in force in the Dominican Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent Courts and Tribunals in that jurisdiction.
